Ticket terms

The small print, kept small.

Last updated 18 October 2026. These terms apply to all tickets bought from salsaunity.co.uk for events run by SalsaUnity Events.

Your ticket

Your booking is confirmed when payment completes. You'll get a reference on screen and by email; give your name or reference on the door. Nothing to print.
Tickets are for the named event and date only. Advance prices are lower than door prices; door entry is subject to capacity.
All events are 18+. The venue may ask for ID.

Tickets are non-refundable.
You can transfer your ticket to someone else. Message us on Instagram or email with your reference and their name before the event.
If we cancel or move an event (weather, venue, artist illness), you'll be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date. We're not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
Line-ups can change. A change of DJ or teacher is not grounds for a refund; we'll always tell you as soon as we know.

No outside food or drink; the club bar is open all night.
Be kind on the floor: ask, accept or decline gracefully, keep your partner safe, no aerials or drops in the social.
Photos and short videos are taken at events for our social media. If you'd rather not appear, tell Karen on the door and we'll make sure of it.
We can refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for behaviour that makes others feel unsafe, with no refund.

Workshop places are limited and leader/follower numbers are balanced; we may close one role while the other is still available.
Workshop tickets include the evening party unless the event page says otherwise.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
